Tutor molests 6-year-old girl at Halol, held

Vadodara: A tuition teacher in Halol town of Panchmahal district was arrested for allegedly molesting a six-year-old girl student. The girl’s grandmother who caught him in the act registered an offence regarding the incident.
The class 2 student took tuitions from the 55-year-old teacher, Vinod Parmar, who is also her neighbour. On Saturday, after the girl had gone for her tuitions, her grandmother also followed her to Parmar’s residence. There she saw Parmar touching the girl inappropriately and kissing her. She picked up a quarrel with Parmar chastising him on his despicable act and also approached the Halol police with her complaint.
Halol police inspector J J Amin said that the minor girl had also gave details of the incident to the police. He said that the teacher was put under arrest after registering the offence.tnn
