Railways have cancelled as many as 43 trains that are scheduled to run between Howrah and Puri due to Cyclone Fani. Fishermen that went to sea have been asked to return immediately. Cyclone Fani is expected to make landfall tomorrow afternoon between Gopalpur and Chandrabali, with a top wind speed of 170-180 km/hr. IMD is closely tracking the cyclone and advisories have been issued.
