PM lookalike campaigns for Cong pick

Varanasi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s lookalike Abhinandan Pathak, who campaigned for PM in Varanasi in 2014 Lok Sabha election, is supporting Congress candidate Ajay Rai in this poll.
He attended the inaugural function of Congress election office on Wednesday afternoon. He was mimicking Modi during his speech, and said: “Hum vyavastha chalane aur sach bolane mein asafal rahe, isliye Ajay Rai ji ko gaddi de rahe hain (I failed to run the system and tell the truth, hence I am handing over the seat (Varanasi) to Ajay Rai).”
A Saharanpur resident Pathak had been the centre of attraction for dressing and speaking like Modi during the 2014 Lok Sabha election campaign. Later, he disassociated himself from BJP.
