Akhilesh promise police personnel of plum posting for helping voters

ALLAHABAD: Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav on Thursday asked the Kunda police to help the people vote in a fair and free atmosphere in the Lok Sabha election and get rewarded with plum postings once SP comes to power in the state.
Addressing a public rally in Pratapgarh’s Kunda, a stronghold of former SP ally and mafia don-turned-politician Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya, Akhilesh further said that “if someone wanted to lodge a complaint against him with the Election Commission in this regard, they were welcome to do so”.
Calling one of the supporter on stage and thanking him for his support for organizing the rally at this venue, Akhilesh pointed out to police personnel and said, “Garibon ki maddat karo, idhar udhar ke chakkar mai mat pado, sabke naam note hain, acchi maddat karoge to acchi jagah jaoyge, hamne aapko promotion diya…..”(help the poor (referring to who dares Raja Bhaiya) and you would be given plumb postings as we have given promotions). He went on to say, “Gadbad walon ko sabak bhi dena hoga” (those who would not support would be dealt with).
Kunda is considered to be a stronghold of Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya, a former UP minister and don-turned-politician, once an SP ally. He is the sitting Independent MLA from Kunda assembly segment.
Akhilesh He also alleged that PM of the country got afraid of a soldier, referring to the nomination of sacked BSF jawan Tej Bahadur Yadav in Varanasi.
Slamming Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya and his recently floated party, Akhilesh said that in our democratic country there is no place for a ‘raja.
Hitting hard on Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, Akhilesh said, “Desk ka pradhanmantri ek jawan se der gaye, uski galti sirf itni thi ki usne patli daal ki shikayat kit hi” (PM of the country is afraid of the solider whose only fault was that he complaint about the quality of daal being served to him.
Asking the police to help during elections, Akhilesh lured them by promising plumb postings when his party comes to power in the state. “Ek ek kaa naam note ho raha hai, acchi madadt karoge to acchi jagah paoge” (If you help us, we will give you plumb postings). He added, if someone wants to lodge a complaint to Election Commission, he is welcome.
Slamming hard on Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya and his recently floated party, national president of the Samajwadi Party (SP) and former chief minister of the state, Akhilesh Yadav has said that in our democratic country there is no place for ‘Raja’.
“Football pe aisi kick padegi ki pata hi nahi chalega kahan gayi” (We would kick the football so hard that it will go missing), said Akhilesh while referring to party symbol of the political party of Raghuraj Pratap Singh.
Speaking at the public meeting at Kunda and referring to Raja Bhaiya, on Thursday, he reiterated that these people are not true ‘thakur’ because they are unable to keep their promise. He added that SP will not open its door for such people who were made minister in our government.
Asking the supporters not to fall in trap of BJP, he said, “Chai mai pata nahi kya nasha tha magar ab chai ki pol khul gayi hai” (there was some drug in his tea).
BJP is talking of stopping terrorism because they want to hide their failure on various other issues. He questioned as to why the PM does not talk of opposing China which is our real enemy
