Indore: A youth was killed while two others critically injured after their car rammed divider on Dhar Road on Tuesday late night. The deceased and injured persons were from Gujarat. The police have informed their family members about the incident. According to Chandan Nagar police station incharge Rahul Sharma, the accident took place near Machal village on Dhar Road. Deceased identified as Rajesh Parmar (18), a resident of Anand, Gujarat, along with his friends Deepak and Ashok, was coming to the city in a car which rammed the divider. The front portion of the car was damaged badly and the trio critically injured. It is said that the driver lost control after a tyre of the car was burst.
Passersby informed the police after which they were rushed to a hospital where Rajesh died during treatment. Deepak is undergoing treatment in a city hospital while Amit was discharged from the hospital. The statement of injured persons is being taken by the police. Their local relatives were also informed. It is said that the trio were coming to a relative’s place in the city when the accident took place. The body has been sent for the autopsy and further investigation was on.
