Tiruppur district administration will conduct online counselling process of Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) – 2019 from May 2 (Thursday).
In a press release, District Collector K.S. Palanisamy said that the camp will be held at Chikkanna Government Arts College from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. till May 31. The Collector said that arrangements for registering the applications have been done across all the e-Seva centres in the district for the online counselling process.
The candidates have been asked to provide the following details for registration: name, email ID, mobile number, community/caste details, requests for special reservations (children of ex-servicemen, differently abled candidates and sportspersons) and credit card/debit card/net banking details. Demand drafts will be accepted only at TNEA Facilitation Centres and Aadhaar number is optional, the release said.
The other details required from he candidates include the details of parent’s annual income, schools details from Class VIII to Class XII, registration number for Class XII examination, marksheet for Class XII and request for scholarships. Candidates were also instructed to use the data sheet for registration of their applications.
