Hillary Clinton \'Imagines\' Scenario Where a 2020 Dem. Candidate Asks China For Trump’s Tax Returns

Hillary Clinton is back in the spotlight...sitting down for an interview on MSNBC.

??“Imagine, Rachel, that you had one of the Democratic nominees for 2020 on your show and that person said, ‘You know, the only other adversary of ours who’s anywhere near as good as the Russians is China.’ So why should Russia have all the fun?” ??During the exclusive with the Rachel Maddow Show, Clinton asked the audience to ??imagine a scenario in 2020 that was similar to what she went through in 2016.

??“And since Russia is clearly backing Republicans, why don’t we ask China to back us?

And not only that, China, if you’re listening, why don’t you get Trump’s tax returns.

I’m sure our media would richly reward you.” ??Now, flashback a couple of years ago during the 2016 presidential campaign, then-candidate Trump during a press conference asked Russia to help find Hillary’s missing emails.

??Trump was criticized mostly by Democrats but he said later after he took office that he was joking.

??Maddow and Clinton were mostly giving their reactions to the testimony from Attorney General Bill Barr on the Mueller report.

??A slew of Democrats are calling on the AG to resign after it was revealed in a letter to ??Barr written by special counsel Robert Mueller that Barr’s characterization of his report was misleading.

??Clinton made the argument that calling for Barr’s resignation is justified and also made the point that he was doing the job he was hired to do, protecting President Trump.
