The wells county sheriff's office is warning people of a possible police imposter.

Deputies are looking for a newer white dodge charger with l-e-d headlights with a black brush guard and one small red and one small blue light on the dashboard.the suspect is a man in his late 30's wearing a black style uniform with an embroidered star with indiana on it.

Deputies say the man wasn't wearing a duty belt and it's not clear if he is armed.
