Actor Hrithik Roshan and his ex-wife Sussanne Khan have shared special posts on Instagram to celebrate the birthday of their son Hridaan. He turns 11 on Wednesday.

Hrithik shared a video montage of their many adventures together. The father-son duo are seen riding bikes together on a holiday and enjoying a boat ride in the clean blue waters of the sea. “U go on kid , explore this life, explore yourself , be an explorer, an adventurer, don’t follow the crowd, follow your bliss. Create your own abundance, don’t compare yourself to others, but strive to keep waking up with abounding enthusiasm every morning! Cause that’s the goal. And for that work harder than any other man on this god given planet!! . Happy birthday Hridaan,” he captioned the post.

Sussanne also shared a video collage of their precious memories together as a family. It includes pictures of Hrithik and Sussanne with their two sons, Hridaan’s sketches of dragons, his pictures from vacations and with his brother. “Our Sky full of Ridz.. happiest happy 11!! your mind and heart lights up the heavens! Happy happy joy joy to our unique Artist boy! I know your never changing who you are!!!,” she captioned the post.

Hrithik and Sussanne got married in 2000. They welcomed son Hrehaan in 2006 and Hridaan in 2008. They got divorced in 2014 but still share a very friendly relationship. They are often seen together at movie screenings and family functions.

“Hrehaan is like his father. He is extremely intelligent and superb in calculations. He is a very quiet boy, but is inquisitive about things around him. Hridaan is just like me. He is a very happy-go-lucky, fun child and doesn’t complain about anything. He is always smiling and is a complete rock star,” Sussanne had earlier said about her sons.

Hrithik’s upcoming film, Super 30, is based on Anand Kumar, the mathematician from Bihar who coaches children from backward communities to help them crack the elite IIT examination. The film is slated for a July 26 release.
