The Nilgiris District Collector J. Innocent Divya inaugurated the summer festival season by arranging potted plants at the Government Botanical Garden’s viewing gallery in Udhagamandalam on Wednesday.
Horticulture Department officials said that over 35,000 flowering plants would be displayed during the 123rd flower show, which is to be inaugurated by Governor Banwarilal Purohit.

A selfie spot has also been set up at the Government Rose Garden in Udhagamandalam for tourists to take pictures.
