4/30/19 - Softball - Holmen 0\, Onalaska 1

Onalaska softball is the last unbeaten team in mvc play...but holmen is clipping at their heels...just a half game back of the hilltoppers.... the two squads meet for the 2nd time tonight...ona won the first matchup 1-0 --------- dominant pitching match up....delaney sacia for holmen gets the strikeout here....she was fantastic tonight..... ----- but the night belonged to sarah kraus....top of the fourth...she gets not one.....not two.....but three ks to strikeout the side....we're scoreless through four innings.... ------- bottom of the fifth....ona with a runner at second....strike three gets to the backstop....thro w goes to first....that plates the first run of the game....hilltoppe rs lead by one.... ----- and that was all kraus needed....gets the strikeout to end the game.....she finished with 17 on the night....allowed just one hit.... xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx onalaska picks up the big victory....1 to nothing the final....
