Burj Al Arab Jumeirah ropes in three new celebrity chefs

Francky Semblat; Kim Joinie-Maurin; and Kasper Kurdahl will bring a combined total of seven Michelin stars to the hotel.

 

 

Recently, Michael Ellis has joined as the chief culinary officer of Burj Al Arab, he was the former managing director of the Michelin Guide.

 

Francky Semblat and Kim Joinie-Maurin are from the Joël Robuchon’s school of excellence while Kasper Kurdahl worked alongside culinary legends like Roger Souvereyns.The dining scene at Burj Al Arab will get a unique touch by the three chefs.

 

Anthony Costa, managing director of Burj al Arab was thrilled to be welcoming chefs Kasper, Francky and Kim to Burj Al Arab.

 

 

He said that their experience at some of the world’s best restaurants coupled with their diverse backgrounds and entrepreneurial adventures will pave the path to a wonderful gastronomic journey.

 

Burj Al Arab Jumeirah wishes to create an elevated guests experience for its guests.

 

Jose Silva, Jumeirah Group chief executive was very proud to announce the arrival of three new culinary experts at their flagship hotel in Dubai.
