It's been a year since Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt started dating. The couple nowadays doesn't shy away from flaunting their PDA and makes fans gush over them. At the recently held awards functions, both Ranbir and Alia kissed and hugged each other which grabbed many eyeballs. While accepting her Best Actor Award for Raazi, Alia even said, "I love you", to Ranbir while on stage. Moreover, their parents are also happy with the relationship and have spoken about it as well.

Earlier there were several reports making the rounds that Ranbir's mom and veteran actor Neetu Kapoor was not too fond of his exes Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif while they were dating him. While she has been showering love on Alia a lot. When asked about the same to Alia by Asian Age, she stated, "Well! How do I know what qualities of mine she likes? You will have to ask her though."

On being asked about her equation with Neetu, Alia replied, "Well! These are private discussions between me and Neetu ji, which cannot be discussed publicly."

Alia also spoke about how Ranbir and his family influence her positively. She said, "At the moment, it is important for me to recognize people who have influenced me positively. Ranbir is one of those people. Even his family members bring in loads of positivity in me. Also, Ranbir has always been on my favourite actor and he still is."

Meanwhile, on the work front, Alia and Ranbir will be sharing the screen space for the first time in Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra which is releasing in Summer 2020.
