JEE Main is the qualifying examination for JEE advansed. Only those who secure a rank in top 2,45,000 will be eligible to appear for JEE Advansed. However, there are numerous educational institutions including NITs (National Institute of Technology) who accept JEE Main Examination result for admissions to engineering and architecture courses.

JEE Main Results 2019

National Testing Agency is readying up results of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main examination results. This year, 9.35 lakh students had registered for JEE Main Examination 2019 which was conducted between April 8 and April 12, 2019.

JEE Main is the qualifying examination for JEE advanced. Only those who secure a rank in top 2,45,000 will be eligible to appear for JEE Advansed. However, there are numerous educational institutions including NITs (National Institute of Technology) who accept JEE Main Examination result for admissions to engineering and architecture courses.

Here is how you can check your score for JEE Main examination

-  Visit jeemain.nic.in  This is the official website to check your marks

-  Log on to the website using your application number, password or date of birth

-  The website will now show your overall marks as well as marks obtained in individual subjects

In the exam conducted in the month of April, there were many students who appeared for the examination to improve their marks. This year, there has been increase in number of students intending to go for engineering courses. Conversely number of students who wish to pursue Architecture has seen a drop.

JEE Main examination is now conducted twice a year. So IIT aspirants who are not happy with their score can appear for the examination again.
