Royal Challengers Bangalore are hanging by a thread, but they are not letting it go - 3 wins on the bounce and Virat Kohli’s side looks like a side wanting to compete and win to keep their season relevant.

They take on Delhi Capitals in another must-win match, but for Virat Kohli, every match after their disastrous start has been a do-or-die affair. The skipper is on home turf, and his side needs to chug along and make full use of the momentum which is finally in their favour.

As far as the team combination is concerned, Virat Kohli has a couple of decisions to make. Moeen Ali has departed, which means he will have to look at either Shimron Hetmyer or Heinrich Klaasen to come in and perform the role in the middle order. Also, after giving an extended rope to Akshdeep Nath, RCB could turn to Shivam Dube, as he could be useful with his cutters on a sluggish Kotla pitch.

Also, there is no Dale Steyn, which means RCB would expect Tim Southee and Umesh Yadav to step up. Also, Navdeep Saini, who will be back on his home turf, should come to the party and control proceedings with the new ball.

It could also be a toss up between Washington Sundar and Pawan Negi, but Kohli could opt for Sundar as Delhi’s batting order has as many as three left-handers.

Here is RCB’s predicted XI for the match against Delhi Capitals:

Parthiv Patel, Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers, Shimron Hetmyer, Shivam Dube, Marcus Stoinis, Washington Sundar, Yuzvendra Chahal, Navdeep Saini, Umesh Yadav, Tim Southee
