An Anglesey hotel is celebrating its 40th anniversary in style with the opening of new luxury rooms and accommodation.
The owners of Lastra Farm Hotel, in Penrhyd, Amlwch, Adrian Parry and Elaine Lloyd Davies, have spent £400,000 on the project.
Currently the lovingly restored 17th Century farmouse, which boasts stunning views, has eight rooms.
But when it throws a party in May to mark four decades in business, a further eight luxury rooms and two five star self catering accommodation units will open - more than doubling the hotel's capacity.
An additional three full time staff and part-timers were also being taken on.

Mr Parry said they had used a local builder and sourced all material from Wales to convert an old barn which was being used as a function room.
The 48-year-old said: "I bought into the business 28 years ago.
"It has been Elaine's family house for 300 years and her mum and dad started the hotel 40 years ago. We know co-own it.
"We have converted an old barn, which was used as a function room, where we would have things like weddings.
"But we decided we wanted to change it and our accommodation has been doing very well."
Mr Parry added: "We will be having a 40 Birthday party and opening of our bedrooms on the 19th of May."
Each room has a state-of-the-art flat screen TV with telephones included as standard.

Lastra Farm still retains much of the ambience of its heyday as a working family residence.
It has fast broadband internet access in the main-site rooms and the restaurant also offers a range of food from light snacks right through to a full five course dinner.
Awards include a Trip Advisor certificates of excellence in 2015 and 2017, Lodging World gold guest award and being a finalist in the 2017 Food Awards Wales.
The owners say they have worked hard to retain many of the contemporary features and artifacts while offering the modern facilities expected from a four star hotel.
