Malaika Arora turns a mermaid as she swims in the Indian Ocean. See pics

Actor Malaika Arora has shared pictures of her swimming in the Indian Ocean. Needless to say, the pictures are stunning and the shots have been taken from deep inside the waters.

Sharing her pictures, Malaika wrote: “The stillness. The calm...... it’s meditative #Indianocean#mermaid#mytime.” It appears the pictures are from her Maldives holiday last month.

Malaika had been for vacation with her girl gang in March. Missing from her pictures was her rumoured boyfriend Arjun Kapoor. However, some time later, Arjun too shared pictures from Maldives, leading to speculation that they were together on the said vacation. They were, however, spotted leaving the Mumbai airport together, around the same time.

For the last couple of months, there has been a buzz that Malaika and Arjun would get married in April. However, the reports have been refuted by both Malaika and Arjun. Speaking to DNA, Arjun said he was 33 and in no hurry to get married. He said, “No, I am not. I’m 33 and you have to take my word when I say, I’m in no hurry to get married.”

He continued, “The subject of my wedding is not something that I would like to talk about. Frankly, if I was tying the knot, people would know about it. Today, nothing stays or needs to be hidden beyond a point. Speculation is harmless. But I admit, I don’t like to respond to it all the time. Also, it gets tiring for the people involved to constantly react. There has been so much gossip on this subject that even the people who earlier tended to believe it are no longer doing so. I don’t have anything against anyone.”

Talking to Bombay Times, Malaika had said that there was no truth to all the speculations. She said, “There is no truth to these silly speculations.” Earlier Boney Kapoor, speaking to Amar Ujala, had also said that there no truth to the rumours at all.
