According to the union-bulletin, amanda geoghegan and adam sellers, sold the man heroin -- which caused his death.
He was found dead in his car.
This happened back in february of last year.
Earlier this week, the couple pleaded not guilty to controlled-substance homicide.
Last night aroung 9 pm, loss prevention reported a man stealing items. this all happening on the 2700 block of quillan st., 32 year-old eduardo larios exited the store and fled from loss prevention with the stolen items, and ran across state route 395 then jumped a fence.
Larios was arrested for theft and booked into benton county jail.
He reportedly pocketed several watches before walking out of the store.

Shots were fired near clearwater avenue and dennis street last night.
Two apartment buildings were hit.
No one was injured.
Police later found a car matching one in nearby surveillance video.
When they pulled the driver over, they found a gun sticking out from under one of the seats.
And the three inside were all booked for the drive-by shooting.
Four of the six davis high school soccer players charged with burglarizing at least one home and accused of throwing rocks into the windshields of passing cars were in court yesterday.
They are charged with malicious mischief and residential burglary.
This was a pre-trial hearing for those four students.
They are out of custody awaiting trial but they're not allowed to have contact with each other outside of school... the case is expected to go to trial in july a sunnyside school principal made a promise to his students -- if they read more than 300 books and reach a few other academic goals -- he will kiss a farm animal.
And he delivered.

For the first time in almost 100 years-- a new high school is getting built in prosser.("ámusic and applauseá ") the community celebrated the milestone with a ground breaking ceremony this afternoon.
The new prosser high is being built with money from a bond that was previously passed.
It will be bigger and be able to accomodate more students-- and replace the old building that first opened in 19-36!
Just a heads up for hikers -- a possible cougar sighting in richland.
It was reported yesterday morning at badger mountain.
However nothing was proven... investigators talked to other hikers around that time and all they saw were coyotes.
There have been other reports of possible cougar sightings in richland before.
A federal judge has ruled that members of the yakama tribe can continue to sell fireworks on tribal lands without interference from klickitat county officials.
Last summer - the county's sheriff filed an order against some tribe members - saying they were in violation of state law.
The yakama nation sued the county in federal court... and yesterday a federal judge ruled in their favor.
He said the tribe is already regulating the sale of fireworks on tribal land.
