No one was able to find the snake for hours after the photo was posted.
Common guesses were the key chain hanging on the bench and wiring on the walls and ceiling.
'It's a yearling python so this means it's too big to fit into say a can or around keys,' Brisbane Snake Catchers hinted.
Guessers started getting impatient after five hours of incorrect answers.
'Spit it out, I need to go to bed,' one woman said at midnight.

Who nose? The tip of the python's nose can be seen as a white dot in the photo but others claim they can see the whole head
Brisbane Snake Catchers finally revealed the snake was hiding above the work bench on top of a brick.
'This carpet python's nose was poking just over the ledge,' Brisbane Snake Catchers wrote.
'As soon as it's cover was blown it slithered out of its hiding spot to make a quick get away!'
The tip of the python's nose can be seen as a tiny dot in the photo - and some claim they can see the whole head.
'Everyone is still right in a way. We've caught many snakes from all the spots you've all mentioned,' Brisbane Snake Catchers wrote.
'Now you know where to start looking if you ever feel eyes on you.'
