Action news now reporter amy lanski has the story: ((amy cg)) today the owners of this property in paradise are one step closer to moving back home.

They are one of the first to break ground here after the camp fire.

(victoria sinclair?

Property owner in paradise) "we're looking at we may be home by the time the one year anniversary comes from the fire and we will be able to have christmas at home."

Sinclaire says she did go through a private company for the debris removal.

She said it was quicker than using the government.

"once we hired them it took i think a few weeks to get the form to send to butte county to even get it approved.

Then they came up and they had our lot cleared within i think three days."

After that they had to do more soil tests and get more permits.

Then submit another package for completion.

Then working with insurance that's had its own difficulties.

With having to work onn such a mass scale."

We have like 11 houses we have four houses in plan check right now that should be popping out."

Sinclaire says she is thankful for blanton and just ready to be back home.
