The funky creatives are doing the rounds across digital platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

As general elections is pumping up the advertising spends of both brands and broadcasters alike, the homegrown furniture solutions brand, Godrej Interio too decides to follow the suit. The brand has been asking netizens to "Go out and vote" as part of its recent campaign.

Interestingly, not many know that the conglomerate has a long history to share with the Indian elections since it(then Godrej & Boyce) built over 12 lakhs ballot boxes for independent India's first general elections back in the year 1952.

Cut to 2019, keeping pace with the digital times the company has rolled out this digital-led campaign keeping the ongoing general elections in mind in a rather tongue-in-cheek-ish manner.

Ashish Jain, head of e-commerce and digital at Godrej has this to say on the endeavour, "Godrej and Boyce has seven decades of a deep connection with democracy in India. For us, this campaign is a civic service to encourage every Indian to go out and vote, while of course offering them a small reminder of our role in their lives."

The campaign is conceptualised and created by Pinstorm, an independent digital marketing firm, which has handled the Godrej Interio business for several years now.
