CORRECTION: AS VALMIERAS STIKLA ŠĶIEDRA 2019 financial calendar

Correction: The Management Board of AS VALMIERAS STIKLA ŠĶIEDRA (the ‘Company’) hereby notifies that the 2018 audited annual consolidated and standalone financial statements are anticipated to be distributed by June 14, 2019. Also, the reporting date of the Company’s unaudited consolidated financial information for the first 3 months of 2019 is changed from May 31 to June 21, 2019.

Therefore the Company informs that the financial results for 2019 are scheduled for release on the following dates:

• First 3 months unaudited consolidated financial information (ending March 31) - on June 21, 2019;
• 6 month unaudited consolidated financial statement (ending June 30) - on August 30, 2019;
• 9 month unaudited consolidated financial information (ending September 30) - on November 29, 2019.

The audited standalone and consolidated financial statements of the Company for 2018 are scheduled to be distributed by June 14, 2019. Please also refer to the respective announcement.
