Telecom tower operator Bharti Infratel Ltd's shares on Thursday fell as much as 4.7 per cent to Rs 287.35, their biggest per cent loss since January 24.
The company has posted flat fourth quarter profit at Rs 608 crore ($86.82 million).
It has further stated that the merger process of the company and Indus Towers is on track and expects it to be completed in the next few months.
Over 1.7 million shares changed hands in first half-an-hour of trade, compared with 30-day average volume of 2.4 million shares.
The stock is at its lowest since February 5 and is the top loser on NSE Index.
