Ms Angok said she believed the pair had met at a bar in the city.
Natalina was one of five siblings and lived in Highton, Geelong, about 75kms south-west of Melbourne.
She worked as a warehouse packager and has been described as 'down-to-earth'.
'My sister is gone and when I think about it, I think this is not true,' Ms Angok said of her sister's death.
'She loved everybody, even if someone did something bad to her, she would just talk and laugh with them.'
Natalina's cousin Aguer Athian said the 32-year-old treated her like a sister.
