Crédit Agricole S.A. would like to inform its shareholders that both French and English versions of the Notice of Meeting brochure to the General Meeting, that will be held on 21 May 2019 at 10:00 a.m, at the Centre des Congrès in METZ (57000), are now available on Crédit Agricole S.A.'s website, through the following link:

The voting period is now open for online voting until Monday 20 May 2019, at 3:00 p.m (Paris time), and by postal means until Saturday 18 May 2019, the final eligible date for the reception of voting forms. All the legal documentation related to the General Meeting can be found on Crédit Agricole S.A.'s website.

The General Meeting will be broadcasted live and a replay will later be available.
