Thousands of servicemen and women, together with their family and friends, joined the parade through the streets of Perth on Thursday morning to commemorate Anzac Day.

The Anzac Day March started from the corner of Barrack Street and St Georges Terrace, finishing at Langley Park.

April 25 is one of Australia’s most important national occasions. It marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during the First World War.
