Tribunal puts on hold suspension of IAS officer who checked PM’s chopper

Central Administrative Tribunal has stayed the suspension of Mohammed Mohsin, a 1996 batch IAS officer, suspended by the Election Commission for checking PM Narendra Modi’s helicopter in Odisha, according to news agency ANI.

The tribunal, which decides service complaints by government officers, will next hear Mohammed Mohsin’s plea on June 3.
