Fisherman hacked to death in Tamil Nadu

The murdered fisherman has been identified as Vincent, 34, of Lurdhu Nagar in Mela Manakudy.
MADURAI: The Kanyakumari district police have launched a hunt for a 10-member gang that hacked a fisherman to death in Mela Manakudy coastal village.
The murdered fisherman has been identified as Vincent, 34, of Lurdhu Nagar in Mela Manakudy.
He was sleeping in front of his house on Tuesday night. His wife and two children were sleeping near him.
Gidheon, 37, of Keela Manakudy, who came by that way, beamed his torch on the family. Vincent picked a quarrel with Gidheon over it.

Gidheon, who left the place, returned with a gang. The gang attacked him with machetes. Vincent died on the spot.
The Suchindram police registered a case.
