Fenix Outdoors Taiwanesiska distributör International AG har genomfört en nyemission genom vilken Fenix Outdoor har förvärvat en ägarandel om 70%. Bolaget säljer främst Fjällräven produkter.
Förvärvet kommer att ha en liten effekt på koncernens försäljning och resultat, men representerar det fortsatta arbetet med att säkerställa kontrollen av Fenix Outdoors asiatiska distribution.
