Roxy Jacenko's Sweaty Betty PR head office in Paddington, Sydney was hit with another graffiti attack on Wednesday.
Police were called at 8:15am after the white building on Elizabeth Street was defaced with black spray paint that read, 'Roxy is a c***'.
In a statement to Daily Mail Australia a police spokesperson said an investigation is underway after graffiti targeting Roxy was found in Paddington, Bondi and Malabar.

Roxy and her husband, Oliver Curtis, appeared calm as they spoke to police outside the vandalised building on Wednesday morning.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Roxy Jacenko for comment.
It comes after neighbours complained last week that the publicist's $400,000 Aston Martin Vantage V8 was parked illegally in a No Stopping zone outside her office, blocking access for other vehicles.

The $250,000 Range Rover that Oliver drives is also often parked in the illegal spot.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia on Saturday, Roxy said: 'It's ridiculous that the No Stopping zone is there when two cars can easily fit into this space by my garage.
'I will be applying to have that No Stopping area re-zoned for parking. The Council has failed to provide parking spaces for all buildings and businesses in the area.'
In 2017, the Sweaty Betty PR head office underwent a $1.4million renovation, complete with 27 workstations, three showrooms and a 12-person meeting room.

In 2017, police were called to investigate after the building was vandalised at least three times with 'foul-smelling sludge' and ink-injected eggs.
Roxy previously said she suspected the culprit was likely 'someone close to home'.

'I think this is a person who has an agenda and that's to stop me working and it's not going to stop me working,' she said at the time.
'You know what, you clean it up and you get on with it and you keep going. I think a lot of other things have not stopped me working. I had cancer, my husband went to jail. This kind of s*** is not going to honestly affect me.'
Security cameras were installed, however it is unclear if the vandals were identified.
