US says Chabahar project won't be impacted by Iran sanctions

The strategic port project, being developed by in Iran, is a separate exception and will not be impacted by US Donald Trump's decision not to renew exemptions that let eight countries including to buy Iranian without facing tough American sanctions, a State Department said.
