Share market update: 11 stocks hit 52-week highs on NSE

Overall, 28 shares were trading in the green in the Nifty50 index, while 22 were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Around 11 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Wednesday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were Adani Gas, ATN International, Balaxi Ventures, Bata India and Brightcom Group.

KPIT Technologies, Landmark Property Development, Bank of Maharashtra, Vinati Organics and Wipro also featured among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 32.20 points up at 11,608.15 while the BSE Sensex was trading 100.10 points up at 38,664.98.

Overall, 28 shares were trading in the green in the Nifty50 index, while 22 were trading in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, ONGC, HCL Tech, BPCL, Indian Oil Corp and Asian Paints were among the top gainers.

While Tata Motors, Vedanta , Maruti Suzuki, Hero MotoCorp and Tata Steel were trading in the red.
