Three persons came to the shop and demanded a garland. When Shivam gave them one, they started running with it. Shivam chased and caught them. The three agreed to pay for the garland but threw Rs 500 on the floor and again started running. When Shivam raised an alarm, they thrashed him and fled. A PCR gypsy arrived, but cops suggested to lodge a complaint with the Industrial Area police station.

Anupam alleged he and Shivam went to the police station but cops did not register a case.
