BJP president Amit Shah cast his vote at Naranpura area of Ahmedabad

BJP president Amit Shah cast his vote from Naranpura area of the city, where he is registered as a voter. Shah appealed to voters across the state and throughout the country to vote for a strong and prosperous country.
Flanked by his wife, granddaughter and other members of the family, Shah arrived at the Naranpura sub-zonal office and cast his vote, after which he visited the Kameshwar Mahadev temple located adjacent to the polling booth.
"I am appealing to voters across the 26 LS seats of Gujarat as well as those across the country to come out and vote in large numbers and register their participation in this festival of democracy. Each vote can make the country secure, capable and prosperous. Your vote can help put the country on the path of development," Shah said.

Appealing especially to first time and young voters across the country, the BJP president said - "You have to vote for the future of this country. Vote for the security of this country and economic stability of the country."
All the 26 seats of Gujarat go to polls on Tuesday. Interestingly, Amit Shah voted in the Gandhinagar LS constituency, from where he is also the BJP candidate for the 2019 general election.
