According to Lakhani, the company has invested just less than a million dollar so far. "All our centres which are more than six months old have 91% occupancy. Our centres break-even in first three months of operations," he adds.
The company recently opened a co-working centre in Hyderabad spread across 10,000 sq ft space and with seating capacity of 210 and 7500 sq ft space in Connaught Place, Delhi with 170 seats capacity.
The company plans to open about 10,000 sq ft space in Sector 83, Noida which will have a capacity of 400 seats by the end of this quarter.
Irrespective of the cities, InstaOffice is looking to target mid-segment. "In Hyderabad our rents would range from Rs 8,000-11,000 per seat per month," adds Lakhani.
For this financial year, it is looking to scale up in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Mumbai.
