Mumbai: Lover & friend held as aspiring actor raped

Navghar police in Bhayander (E) arrested the boyfriend and his friend who allegedly molested and assaulted the girl.
In her police complaint, the girl alleged that she was struggling to become a model when she met the two around a year back. The friends, in their 30s, promised her roles in Hindi films and television serials.
The girl got into a relationship with one of the accused but within few months, she broke up with him and got into a relationship with the other accused.
Last week, her boyfriend took her to a beach in Bhayander, where he allegedly spiked her soft drinks and raped her. When she regained consciousness, she realized the sexual abuse.
