Late Saad Ansari Cricket Tournament
Chronicle Reporter, Bhopal, In the Late Saad Ansari Memorial Under-18 one day cricket tournament, the match was played between Udaan club and Chanakya Club on Sunday. In which after winning the toss, Chanakya Academy chose to bat first and only manage to score 88 runs in 31 overs.
Apart from Sanjay Manik’s 19 and Naman’s 17 run, no player of the team could reach on double figure. From Udaan club, Om Choksey bowled deadly and took 6 wickets in 10 overs while giving 31 runs whereas Salman Uddin and Nihal took 1-1 wicket each.
While chasing the target of 88 runs, the team reached the winner score by only loosing 2 wickets in only 22 overs. Deepesh scored 37 runs and Shashank scored 31 runs. From the bowling side Kartik took one wicket in his six over after giving 16 runs.
