The Election Commission of India through the office of Chief Electoral Officer-Goa and the District Election Officer, North Goa held a special training for transgender voters at Institute Menezes Braganza hall in Panaji. The transgender voters were trained and familiarised with the working of EVM's and VVPAT machines etc.
