The Supreme Court on Tuesday issued a contempt notice to Congress president Rahul Gandhi over his remarks on Rafale judgment. The top court was not satisfied with the Congress president’s response. The top court will take up the matter for hearing on April 30. A plea was filed by BJP MP Meenakshi Lekhi against Rahul Gandhi. The congress president had expressed regret over his remarks in the Apex court. The Supreme Court rejected Rahul Gandhi’s plea to close the criminal contempt petition.
