SSC MTS notification 2019 released; apply from today @ssc.nic.in

NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission has released the notification for recruitment of Multi Tasking Staff.
The Computer Based Examination Tier-I will be conducted from August 2, 2019 to September 6, 2019. The examination will consist of a Computer Based Examination (Paper-I) and a Descriptive Paper (Paper-II).
The SSC will hold this competitive examination for recruitment of Multi Tasking Staff in Pay Band-1 (Rs 5200-20200) + Grade Pay Rs 1800, (Revised Pay Scale after 7th CPC: Pay Level in Pay Matrix - Level-1), a General Central Service Group 'C' Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial post in various Ministries/Departments/ Offices of the Government of India, in different States/Union Territories.
Vacancies will be determined in due course.

Application Fee
Fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or through cash in SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.
Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
Online fee can be paid by the candidates up to 31-05-2019 (5.00 PM). However, candidates who wish to make the cash payment through Challan of SBI, may make the payment in cash at the Branches of SBI within the working hours of bank up to 01-06-2019 provided the Challan has been generated by them before 31-05-2019 (5.00 PM).
Educational Qualification
The candidates must have passed Matriculation Examination or equivalent from a recognized Board.
Age Limit (As on 01/August/2017)
Minimum: 18 Years
Maximum: 25 Years
Age Relaxation
Age relaxation is not admissible to sons, daughters and dependents of Ex-Servicemen. Therefore, such candidates should not indicate their category as ex-servicemen.
How to apply
Applications must be submitted in online mode only at the official website of SSC Headquarters i.e. https://ssc.nic.in.
Last date for submission of online applications is 29-05-2019 (5.00 PM).Candidates are advised in their own interest to submit online applications much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection/inability or failure to login to the SSC website on account of heavy load on the website during the closing days.
