Three Indians were killed in the serial bombings in Sri Lanka on Sunday, external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj said on Twitter. But a woman from Kasargod district in north Kerala who was killed in one of the blasts was not among the three Swaraj named.

At least 207 people were killed and hundreds more injured in eight blasts that rocked churches and hotels in and just outside Sri Lanka’s capital on Easter Sunday.

“Indian High Commission in Colombo has conveyed that National Hospital has informed them about the death of three Indian nationals. Their names are Lokashini, Narayan Chandrashekhar and Ramesh. We are ascertaining further details,’ the minister tweeted.

“I conveyed to the Foreign Minister of Sri Lanka that India is ready to provide all humanitarian assistance. In case required, we are ready to despatch our medical teams as well,” she said in another tweet.

An earlier report had said that Raseena, 58, from Kerala’s Kasargod district was killed during an explosion at Shangri-La hotel in Colombo. She and her family members had gone to Sri Lanka to meet some of her relatives.
