Priyanka Gandhi to campaign for Sriprakash Jaiswal today

Kanpur: Congress general secretary for east UP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will be arriving the city for a road show to campaign for party candidate from Kanpur Nagar Lok Sabha seat Sriprakash Jaiswal on Friday.
She will arrive at Chakeri airport at 3pm and from here she will commence her road show.
The road show will pass through Ramadevi, COD Bridge, Tat Mill crossing, Ghantaghar crossing, Nayaganj Kirana market, Birhana road and will head towards Phoolbagh, Company Bagh crossing to culminate at Bada Chauraha. “She will stay in the city for around two hours . However, the road show scheduled in Akbarpur has been cancelled,” said city Congress president Har Prakash Agnihotri.
Congress candidate Sriprakash Jaiswal is locked in a tough fight with BJP’s Satyadeo Pachauri in Kanpur Nagar.
As per the party sources a separate road show is likely to be taken out in Akbarpur parliamentary constituency in which Rahul Gandhi would participate. Rahul would hold the road show in support of party candidate Raja Ram Pal.
