A shocking video has emerged showing the moment a young girls was hurled from a fairground ride in Spain.

Footage shows the youngster being thrown from the Olla Trueno ride in La Rioja, and slamming head first into a nearby wall.

The clip starts with a group of children enjoying the ride, but it soon turns dangerous as the speed increases.

Crashing into the corner of a wall, the girl - who is unidentified in local reports - clutches her head in apparent pain.
