TORONTO, April 18, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) today announced investment fund net sales and net assets for March 2019.
Mutual fund assets totalled $1.53 trillion at the end of March 2019. Assets increased by $27.1 billion or 1.8% compared to February 2019. Mutual funds recorded net sales of $1.8 billion in March 2019.
ETF assets totalled $172.8 billion at the end of March 2019. Assets increased by $3.8 billion or 2.2% compared to February 2019. ETFs recorded net sales of $1.8 billion in March 2019.
