The Great War isn't just happening in Westeros, but also on Twitter between HBO and President Donald Trump. While it's never been confirmed that Trump is any sort of Game of Thrones fan (even though at this point, just about everyone on the planet is a Game of Thrones fan), the president has been using the Game of Thrones font to tweet about his enemies. On Thursday, he once again took to tweeting about the recently released Mueller Report and used Game of Thrones to get his point across.

However, HBO is less than thrilled that the president is using this well-known font for his own purposes, especially considering he doesn't have the blessing he needs to use it. It's trademarked, after all. In the past, HBO has called Trump out for using Game of Thrones in his tweets, and the cable network did so again after Trump started tweeting after the release of the Mueller Report.

Early on April 18, Trump tweeted "Game Over." Hopefully this is nothing like what we'll see at the very end of the Game of Thrones series finale.

And as it has done every time in the past Trump has tweeted about the No. 1 show on television for the last decade, HBO responded in a very HBO way. In a statement to The Hollywood Reporter, HBO explained: "Though we can understand the enthusiasm for Game of Thrones now that the final season has arrived, we still prefer our intellectual property not be used for political purposes."

That's a Lyanna Mormont level burn right there.

The mentions on Trump's tweet are now filled with people creating their own Game of Thrones-like posts in response to everything disclosed in the Mueller Report. Also there's just a lot of people wondering if HBO can actually sue Trump for the trademark infringement. On top of that, the tweet's ratio is getting pretty close, and at publish time it had 52K responses to 70k retweets. If there's one thing you don't mess with right now, it's Game of Thrones during its final season.

Game of Thrones airs Sundays at 9/8c on HBO.
