People queued up outside polling stations to cast their votes in Odisha’s Rourkela on Thursday. Voting got delayed for two hours after EVM machines were not working in Koelnagar. The polling is underway for 5 Lok Sabha seats and 35 assembly seats in the state. People are exercising their franchise for 95 Lok Sabha seats in the second phase of polling .
