Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre appoints Bharat Ratanpal as General Manager

Bharat Ratanpal has been appointed as General Manager for Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre. Ratanpal brings with him over16 years of experience in sales, marketing and overall hotel revenue in both domestic and international markets. As general manager, he will playan active role in showcasing Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre as one of the preferred choices in hospitality for business or leisure. He will also focus on engaging with local communities to promote responsible business and positive change, as part of IHG’s global – True Hospitality for Good programme.

Prior to this, Ratanpal was Director of Sales and Marketing at the iconic JW Marriott Mumbai, Juhu for over two years. Besides, he has spent 12 years with the Hyatt Hotels Corporation working with numerous upscale and luxurious properties including–Grand Hyatt Mumbai, the pre-opening team of Grand Hyatt Goa and Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa (now ITC Grand Resort & Spa).
