Girl Expelled After Kneeing Boy In The Groin When He Tried to Enter the Girls\' Bathroom

A snapchat selfie in Alaska has led to a girl being expelled from her high school in another battle over transgender bathroom use.

??It happened at North Pole High School in Alaska on April 4th.

??A student transitioning from female to male posted a selfie from the boys’ bathroom.

??And according to the Washington Post, some boys at the school reportedly saw the selfie and became angry and decided to walk into the girls bathroom and take their own selfie.

??The first boy who tried to enter the bathroom was kneed in the groin by a girl.

The Post reports that girl has now been expelled.

??The superintendent of the school district did not confirm that the girl was expelled but said the boys who tried to enter the bathroom were also disciplined.

??One Republican state lawmaker Tammie Wilson spoke out against the school in a news conference, ??Saying quote, “I just wanted to make sure I had this opportunity to tell those young ladies at North Pole High School . . .

If you ever feel threatened for your safety, whatever force you think you have to give, I will stand behind you.

And so will your community.

Not for those boys who were where they didn’t belong.”??The girls’ family is appealing the expulsion decision.
