WEST PALM BEACH, Florida — Prosecutors plan to release video evidence in a Florida prostitution case involving New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft and other men, according to a new court filing.
Police and prosecutors have said the video shows the 77-year-old Kraft paying for and receiving two sex acts in January at Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida. Kraft has pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor charges in the case.
Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg’s office announced in court documents Wednesday that it is required under state law to release the video to the public. Aronberg's office said it cannot wait for a judge to decide on the status of the video.

"The State, as the custodian of the records, cannot delay the release of records to allow a person to raise a constitutional challenge to the release of the documents," the prosecution wrote.
Kraft's attorneys had filed several motions with the court, arguing that the video evidence should be suppressed. Several media outlets -- including ABC News, The New York Times, ESPN, The Associated Press and others -- filed motions arguing the evidence should be released.
