Indian guar found dead

Udhagamandalam: An Indian guar was found dead in the Mudumalai Tiger Reserve (MTR) in the Nilgiris on Tuesday. According to forest officials, the carcass of the animal was found during a patrol in the Bospara range of forest in MTR . "It was an aged male Indian guar. And the animal died of aging", said a forest official.
Post-mortem was conducted inside the forest. Later, the carcass was left in the forest for it to decay.tnn
